Societies everywhere are living longer, and everywhere the same question follows: how should we care for one another in future? And how might new technologies and new service models help us do it well?
Flourish was created to help answer both, through evidence and foresight-based market research, published openly so that what comes next is designed, not defaulted to.

Flourish is where the future of care is imagined and built. We use generative AI, real-world evidence and speculative design to show what care could become – and open-source the results.
Flourish hub offers future care scenarios - evidence-based futures, brought to life with the use of generative AI tools. These aim to inspire people to think about the future of care differently and imagine tech-based solutions to build a better future for adult social care in the UK and beyond.
Opportunities
We are looking to collaborate with people from across adult social care ecosystem - support providers, innovators and thought leaders, people with experience of providing or receiving care, and those with big ideas on what a better future could look like.
Flourish is supported by a team working across research, innovation and engineering, capable of bringing tech ideas to life, prototyping, testing and validating products.
